NNG LLC (‘NNG') and Naviextras is the official supplier of Renault regarding the navigation software (limited to specific vehicle models). NNG provides the map update for the navigation software via this website ('Site'). The tool (Toolbox) necessary to download and install the map.
The update procedure is very simple.

Renault Media Nav Update
To install the update nothing more simple. Download the one that corresponds to your vehicle in relation to your current version, copy the file (upgrade.lgu) to a USB key and insert it into the MediaNav engine on.
Media Nav
The system will ask you if you want to install the update. Once validated, the update will be installed and the system will be able to restart several times. Do not turn off the engine or remove the key until the update is complete.
